Setup Gmail for Hosted Domains

A while back Google announced that they would be offering Gmail for hosted domains. This meant that you could route email from your personal domain name and webhost to a Gmail interface. Google began sending out invites about two months ago. The only thing necessary to get it working is an email account setup in your webhost’s control panel and changing some MX records.
