Tickets Types and Settings
Admins can add countless events to the ticket reservation system and assign custom ticket types to each of them. Upload a seat (hall) map and set hot spots so that customers can select their preferred seats. The ticket booking system enables users to personalize PDF tickets by adding an image and applying the predefined tokens. Each ticket contains a barcode which can be scanned with the built-in barcode reader connected to an external device. Each ticket type has separate settings and color scheme.
The Event Ticketing System allows you to add promo codes which can be applied by clients during the booking process. You can choose between fixed amount and percentage discounts, select promotion period, and set the minimum tickets to be purchased with each promo code.
Upon logging into the event ticket booking system, admins can see the latest tickets (sold and reserved) on a lucidly organized dashboard. Add bookings manually, edit bookings made online, review client details, and approve bookings. All payment and status settings can be customized individually for each ticket. Various online and offline payment methods can be integrated. You can easily personalize and issue invoices, and send them to clients by email.
The ticket reservation system has a smart notifications module allowing you to send Email and SMS alerts to admins and users.
